The Federal Government are beginning to release data from the 2016 census. One of the significant factors in our real estate market is ‘Demand.’ This article focuses on Metro-Vancouver’s growth of 6.5%, but more notable to me was Langley’s growth of 12.6% and Surrey’s growth of 10.6%.
