The Emerald Isle’s greatest export, Guinness, celebrates the famous slogan ‘Good Things Come To Those Who Wait…’ and the same is true of another of Ireland’s greatest exports – Karyn Scott! I (David) have been trying to hire Karyn for nearly a year and finally the opportunity presented itself with the relaunch of the David Smith Homes Group. Both Karyn and I are excited to work together, along with Lindsay and Amanda, as we enter this New Year.
In one of our earliest interviews it became apparent that Karyn is a ‘Real Estate Swiss Army Knife’, she brings with her broad experience, from conveyancer, to property manager, to Realtor. Each element of her experience offers our clients wisdom and the team a valuable skillset; i.e. her property management background means she’s able to help with tenancy questions; her experience in conveyancing means she’s not overwhelmed by handling multiple transactions at a time; and her experience as a Realtor is directly applicable to her role as our ‘Licensed Client Care Specialist’.
You can expect to hear from Karyn in the coming weeks as she helps us improve our client care, one of the first items on her agenda is to update our details on each and every one of you to ensure we’re best positioned to help you with any of your current or future real estate needs. We are constantly striving to improve and Karyn is a key piece to ensure we rebuild the David Smith Homes Group the way we’ve always envisioned it from the beginning.
As a licensed Realtor, Karyn will also be involved in each and every one of our transactions, from scheduling showings all the way through to successfully negotiating contracts. Karyn brings with her a loyal client base too, primarily in the Eastern Fraser Valley, and we look forward to serving those clients with the same level of care we’ve always dedicated ourselves to. Her vast knowledge of that area will also benefit our past, current and future clients, with more and more of you considering moving east, or looking to purchase investment properties out there.
