As mentioned in today’s introduction, we’ve seen 2021’s hot market activity drop to strata properties, townhomes and condos. We had the opportunity recently to market our friend and client’s condo assignment in Township Commons, see the listing here, in Langley and it once again reminded us there are always opportunities out there.
