This past month we had the opportunity to market and sell a beautiful property in Morgan Creek, South Surrey. In spite of a fast timeline we left no stone unturned and produced a marketing package to be proud of. Of course we included our usual services of narrated video, including ‘property in community’ content; drone video; aerial stills; interior and exterior stills; measurements and floorplan. We also leveraged a partnership with Morgan Creek Golf Course to offer a special gift to prospective buyers.
What we wanted to highlight in our ‘Photo of the Month’ though is the twilight image above. Jeremy from White Cloud Productions returned to the home at ‘golden hour’ and produced some beautiful content to help us market the home.
This all led to a sale in one day, for six figures over list price, which a few months ago could have been seen as ‘normal,’ but it’s rare today. We hit a price point that nothing else in the neighbourhood is selling for, which led to very happy sellers.
