This month’s ‘Photo of The Month’ is from our co-listing at 20197 42 Ave, Langley. There are a couple reasons we’re highlighting this one this month, 1. These sellers did exactly what’s required these days in a more balanced market, every room showed 10/10! (Checkout the pictures here.) 2. Who doesn’t love a ‘pub shed’?
This was a fun co-listing project with a couple of my close friends in the industry, the video sure prompted a fair few laughs and a lot of chatter. Garry, Matt, and I have been in a mastermind together for over five years and are helping each other improve constantly, but nothing gave us quite as good an opportunity to grow together as this co-listing.
