The ‘Photo of The Month’ section of our newsletter is rarely just a pretty picture of our latest listing, there’s usually a story there, and this month is no different. As with last month, it started with a phone call, ‘Dave, the man who just bought our neighbour’s place wants to buy ours as well…’ One curve ball in this situation, the prospective buyer is a licensed Realtor, and a skilled one at that.
