Review Of The Month – September

If you’ve been following us for any period of time you’ll know by now that we’re real straight shooters. September’s review of the month provides another opportunity to display the candour we’re known for. The truth is that we spend hours upon hours providing service for folks that may or may not currently need our service, and we’re happy to do so because it helps us live out our ‘People Over Property, Always.’ philosophy. It’s the opposite of what one agent said to me in my first year of business, ‘if they’re not doing a deal with me within 30 days, they’re dead to me.’

Knowing that the timing was always up in the air, we never treated these folks any differently than we would anyone else. We prepared full property research folders multiple times, committed a few hours to a robust consultation, and showed a good number of homes to them. The timing remains unknown for a potential move and yet they only ever received service as if they were active clients. As we say to our clients, ‘the timeframe is always yours and we’re used to them being lengthy.’ That allows our clients to make informed decisions even years out from a potential move.
