We’re ecstatic to announce we’re returning as official community partners of Vancouver Football Club!
If you’ve followed us online at all these last few years you’ll have seen how we’ve engaged with the Lower Mainland’s own Canadian Premier League team at the Langley Events Centre – it’s been a huge highlight for us as a company and for us as a family too, you might even be able to spot us in the image above!
So, how are we involved? Starting with what could be in it for you!
🦅🦅🦅 Any VFC Fan that buys or sells a property with us will receive a VFC jersey signed by the team upon their completion! 🦅🦅🦅
Young Fan Of The Match:
Each home game a ‘Young Fan of The Match’ is awarded, with that young supporter going home with a swag bag! We’ll also send them a canvas print of their picture commemorating their award; AND they’ll be entered to win a jersey signed by the whole team! This is a big part of how we’re looking to encourage whole families to enjoy the game together, just as I did with my Dad growing up.

Live From The Bench Podcast:
The club have launched a new podcast to share a behind the scenes look at the club, it’s been both informative and hilarious so far!
If you listen closely, you might even hear a David Smith Homes Group commercial. We’re glad to support the podcast as it deepens the connection between the club and supporters.

Fraser Valley Fanatics:
Fan culture is a huge part of football/soccer around the globe, and for the club to be a success we want to cultivate our own version!
David Smith Homes Group recently accepted the invitation to become the first official partner of VFC’s own supporters club, the Fraser Valley Fanatics.
Expect to see them having a good time tailgating and setting up displays before the game; singing and chanting, waving flags and flares, and generally bringing the atmosphere during the game; and walking away with big smiles after the game – win, lose, or draw!
