These reviews so often tug at our heartstrings but this one was especially bittersweet. After over five years as our closest neighbour across the street, our wonderful friend, Michelle, and her Mum, chose to sell their rancher and purchase a beautiful new Foxridge home in Willoughby.
Adding a little additional complication to the transaction, I actually already had the buyers for the rancher, so we appropriately recused ourselves from the sale and recommended the work with a lawyer for that transaction. Always a painful thing for any Realtor to do, but entirely the right call in this scenario.
