One of the things I’ve noticed about past reviews is they often refer to ‘multiple offers’, and some potential sellers may wonder, ‘are they really pertinent anymore?’
According to this month’s review, yes, they still are. It is still possible if a property is well priced and well marketed to receive multiple offers. Candidly, it can take a little luck too.
