Combined with our testimonials, the below awards affirm that the David Smith Homes Group is on the right path with how we serve our clients and communities. Thanks for all your support!

Fraser Valley Medallion Award – The simplest of all awards, the ‘Medallion Award’ is for those Realtors in the top 10% in transaction volume for all members of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board. The David Smith Homes Group in 2018 landed in the top 2% of over 3,500 Realtors according to our MLS statistics.

Video Influencers Award – This award is particularly meaningful as it directly influences out ability to serve our seller clients. We were nominated for a listing videos award, along with 1,300 others internationally, and landed in the Top 10, the only winners from Western Canada. This award shows that our marketing is distinctive enough to achieve international attention, attention that can be shared for the sale of your home.

Inman Innovator Award – Having spoken about the unique ‘advocacy’ approach of the David Smith Homes Group to 4,500 real estate professionals in San Francisco at the Inman Connect Conference, this international award followed. It is another example of our group being included amongst the most innovative on the continent.

Langley Times Readers Choice Award – As important, if not more important, than international awards, we have been awarded Langley Times Readers Choice awards for two years running. Langley is not the only market that we serve, but it is the one we work in most commonly, and one we are deeply passionate about. Thank you to all those that voted for us.

Royal LePage Wolstencroft Bridget Houghton Professionalism Award – This award is meaningful to David as it was voted on by his near 200 peers at Royal LePage Wolstencroft. It’s one thing to observe David Smith Homes through social media, but they see his work on a day to day basis in person, and they understand in a way that only fellow Realtors can what it takes to run our business the way we do. The trophy is named after our former broker, and David had the opportunity to present a bursary to a high school student in her memory.Royal LePage Wolstencroft Service Award – There are only two awards unrelated to ‘production’ offered by the brokerage, the professionalism award (above) and the service award – David has been honoured to win both individual distinctions. The service award recognizes the fundraising efforts David has engaged in, his advocacy of local businesses and non-profits, as well as his service to the brokerage and the real estate board through sitting on various committees.

Royal LePage Diamond Award – Awarded to the top 3% of Royal LePage agents in their respective marketplaces. Royal LePage is the largest Canadian owned brokerage in Canada.
