With a background as a Registered Massage Therapist and long-time clinic owner, she has spent years helping clients manage stress, recover from injury, and navigate life’s physical and emotional transitions with empathy and intentionality. Now, as a proud member of the David Smith Homes Group, she channels that same passion into real estate—helping clients find spaces that truly fit their lives. As the wife of a first responder and a mom of three kids, she understands what it means to juggle real life while also navigating big decisions. Kandace aims to bring that same practical mindset to every transaction—whether it’s upsizing, downsizing, or buying your first home.
Within the team, Kandace also serves as our ‘Aesthetic Consultant’, helping sellers get their homes photo-ready with thoughtful prep and light staging that ensures every property shines!
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Kandace with her family or fitting in a workout whenever she can. She’s passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients feel supported every step of the way.
