Home is where you cozy up with a cup of tea at the end of the day, and where you have a chance to reconnect with those that mean the most to you.

Lindsay has lived in the Lower Mainland her entire life and as a mama of two sweet girls she knows that home isn’t just about a pile of bricks; it’s about the lives that will be lived there, the memories that will be made, and the local community as well.  Lindsay believes that real estate is not simply a transaction, it’s about honing her ability to determine what “home” means to each and every one of her clients.  For some, that will mean researching local schools, for others it will mean having knowledge about walkability or transit access to important amenities including shops, doctors, and child care facilities.  Yes, “home” means something different to each of us but what is common is that it is where we feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Before finding her way to real estate, Lindsay completed a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and worked as a counsellor for eight years.  This skill set has come in rather handy as purchasing or selling a home are two of the biggest transactions in one’s life and can evoke a lot of anxiety.  Additionally, Lindsay’s time as a counsellor offered her the opportunity to learn to be a skilled communicator and navigate challenging situations while treating all parties with respect; she brings this knowledge and understanding to the table for each and every real estate negotiation and as such has developed wonderful working relationships with many agents allowing for collaborative solutions and positive outcomes for her clients.

Lindsay’s strength is hearing people’s stories, identifying their needs, and working with them to develop an action plan to move forward with clarity and confidence.

In her free time (mom of two kids…so…whatever THAT means) Lindsay can usually be found in the kitchen making food for her favourite people, quilting, hiking with her husband and kiddos, drinking tea with a friend, eating chocolate, or shopping for stretchy pants (see the aforementioned chocolate addiction).
