In recent months with such low inventory we’ve had a handful of clients work with us on purchasing new builds from developers, everything from condos to single family homes – including this home in the Eastern Hillsides. If you’ve been following us for any period of time you’ll know Developers are governed by different legislation, and that legislation unfortunately leads to extremely biased and potentially risky contracts for buyers. Over the years we have become very familiar with developer contracts and have managed to represent our clients well when dealing with them, I actually quite enjoy it now! It feels like David Vs Goliath, and that’s right up my alley.
