This was especially important for us last year as many of the avenues previously available to generate business were not open to us, with a whopping 97% of our business coming from your referrals, past clients, our own friends, and agent referrals from other marketplaces.
We continue to place client service at the heart of all we do, and you continue to respond to that by faithfully referring us. As we say at the end of every one of our monthly newsletters, ‘we couldn’t do it without you.’
