This month’s ‘Photo of The Month’ not only shows off Willoughby’s ‘Union Park,’ the complex with the most extensive amenities in Langley, but also allows us the chance to share a success story for some investor clients.
After a couple of years of discussions, D & B settled on wanting to purchase an investment property rather than making a move themselves. We took in a few different options, from townhomes in Chilliwack to condos across Langley, before eventually settling on Willoughby. After a couple of weekends of whirlwind tours we landed on a property they really wanted to pursue together, we ended up in multiple offers, were very well prepared, knew where our comfort level was, drafted a strong offer… and then lost in multiple offers!
Not to be deterred, I received a call from D & B saying they were in an open house, that it was perfect, and that they wanted it! We went into overdrive to get their offer in, again ended up in multiple offers, but managed to secure this one with a preferable price. Sometimes the best deal is the one you don’t get, so you can get the right one that comes up next. Congratulations to D & A, may it be the first of many as we help grow your investment portfolio.
